Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our product from our website Reflectlens.com.

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate refund policy. 

We offer a 15-day return policy to our customers, counting from the date of delivery. If 15 days or more have passed since delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return 

  • your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. 
  • your item must be purchased through Reflectlens.com

    RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
     
  • Items must be flawed or damaged in order to be eligible.
  • New products cannot have traces of use: abrasions, scratches, etc.
  • Returns have to be sent via registered mail
  • Delivered item is defective, the wrong item, and faulty.
  • All items have to be with their original packaging and well-packed for shipping
  • A print-out of the invoice must be included
  • Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

Before sending your return, please contact our support.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (within a month). If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@reflectlens.com. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. It must be required for the user to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change.  

Once the product is packaged and ready for shipping then you're not eligible to cancel it anymore.’


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only exchange items if they are the wrong item, damaged, or defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at team@reflectlens.com with details of the product and the defect.  

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. But if an item is harmed or defective, then we will pay the return shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENT

In the event that the Buyer fails to collect the shipment, they will be charged for both the shipping of the order and the return shipment to the Seller. These costs will be deducted from the payment made, or the Buyer will be required to settle them in another way. In the case of a refund, the amount will be reduced by the shipping cost

NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
