Return & Refund Policy

Before sending your return, please contact our support.
In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate refund policy:
We offer a 15-day return policy to our customers, counting from the date of delivery!Â
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item can be tested but must be returned in its original condition - without any damage
- It must also be returned in the original packagingÂ
RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

- New products cannot have traces of use: abrasions, scratches, etc.
- Returns have to be sent via Registered Mail
- All items have to be with their original packaging and well-packed for shipping
- Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@reflectlens.com.Â
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. It must be required for the user to contact us ASAP regarding order cancellation or change. Â
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only exchange items if they are the wrong item, damaged, or defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at team@reflectlens.com with details of the product and the defect. Â
GIFTS
If free gifts were included in your Order, they must also be returned. If they are not returned, their value will be deducted from the refund amount.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. But if an item is harmed or defective, then we will pay the return shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENT
In the event that the Buyer fails to collect the shipment, they will be charged for both the shipping of the order and the return shipment to the Seller. These costs will be deducted from the payment made, or the Buyer will be required to settle them in another way. In the case of a refund, the amount will be reduced by the shipping cost
NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
