How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 1:30 PM CET (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same business day from our warehouse in Poland. Express shipping: 1–2 business days in Europe, 2–4 worldwide. Economy shipping: 3–5 business days in Europe, 5–15 worldwide.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. It becomes active within 24 hours.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to over 40 countries via DHL, DHL Express, FedEx and Global Express. Every shipment is fully trackable.

Are your filters compatible with my camera?

Yes, our filters work perfectly with all brands. Check the front of your lens for a number preceded by Ø - for example Ø77mm. That's your filter thread diameter. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help.

Are the filters suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our filters are used by photographers and filmmakers of all skill levels - from beginners to brand ambassadors of Leica, Sony, Nikon and Canon.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact us.

What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 5-year warranty on the mechanical part of filters - the RFL Infinity Ring™. Contact us if you experience any issues and we'll handle repair or replacement.

Collaboration?

We work exclusively with creators who already shoot with REFLECTLENS filters — people who chose our tools before reaching out, not after.

We don't send free samples. We don't offer product in exchange for reviews, posts, or exposure. We don't respond to media kits, rate cards, or partnership proposals from creators who haven't used our filters.
