Shipping policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through reflectlens.com, operated by Prisms & Filters, registered in Poland.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed on business days before 1:30 PM (CET) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next available business day.

Products available on a pre-order basis will be dispatched in accordance with the release or availability date indicated on the product page.

During periods of high order volume, dispatch may be delayed by 1–2 business days. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you by email.


3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We ship to Poland, the European Union, and selected countries outside the EU.

Poland 1–3 business days
European Union 1–7 business days
Rest of World 2–15 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, local customs procedures, and carrier capacity.


4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via the following carriers depending on destination and order type:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Poczta Polska — Global Express

The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.


5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. The applicable cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


6. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system.

If your tracking number shows no information after 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email, please allow a few additional days — packages are sometimes not scanned until they reach the next sorting facility. If no tracking information is available after 7 days of dispatch, please contact us at team@reflectlens.com.


7. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be dispatched in separate packages. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


8. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment once a corrected address has been confirmed. 

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, the customer may choose either:

(a) re-shipment of the order after payment of the re-shipping costs, or

(b) a refund of the order value reduced by the actual return shipping costs incurred by REFLECTLENS.


9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Prisms & Filters has no control over customs processing times or applicable charges. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.


10. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at team@reflectlens.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. Under applicable EU consumer law, the risk of damage or loss during transit to the consumer lies with the seller. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
