1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reflectlens.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered thereon, operated by Prisms & Filters, registered in Poland ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, registered customers, and business purchasers.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through the Site, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch of the product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable
- There is an error in pricing or product description
- We suspect fraudulent activity or misuse
- The order appears to be placed by a reseller or distributor acting without our authorisation
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund within 14 calendar days.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order. We recommend saving your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
5. PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of applicable VAT for consumers within the European Union. Prices are subject to change without notice, except for orders already confirmed.
Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Prisms & Filters has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other methods available at checkout. All payment transactions are processed by certified third-party payment processors using secure encryption. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
Promotional prices are valid for the period specified. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors discovered after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will contact you before proceeding with or cancelling the order.
6. PURCHASE OPTIONS, PRE-ORDERS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where we offer pre-orders, deferred payment, or subscription-based purchase options, the following terms apply:
- Pre-order charges may be taken at the time of ordering or at dispatch, as indicated at checkout
- Subscription orders will be charged on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at the time of purchase
- You may cancel a subscription or pre-order at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting us at team@reflectlens.com
- Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any billing period already charged, unless required by applicable law

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.
All orders are subject to stock availability. Where a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
8. PROMO CODES AND OFFERS
Promotional codes and discount offers are issued at our sole discretion and are subject to the validity period and conditions specified at the time of issue. Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Expired or invalid codes will not be honoured.

11. WARRANTY
11.1 Statutory rights
All REFLECTLENS products are covered by the seller's statutory liability for conformity of goods in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771 and applicable national law. Consumers are entitled to statutory remedies in the event of a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes those statutory rights.
11.2 5-year commercial warranty — RFL Infinity Ring™
REFLECTLENS grants a 5-year commercial warranty on filters equipped with the RFL Infinity Ring™ mechanism. This warranty applies exclusively to the correct functioning of the rotating ring mechanism and covers manufacturing or material defects that become apparent during normal use and proper installation in accordance with the product's intended purpose.
This warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage caused by drops, impacts, crushing, or external force
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation or use on a damaged, worn, or deformed lens thread
- Damage to optical glass elements
- Damage caused by disassembly, modification, repair attempts, or interference with the product structure
- Damage resulting from the use of unauthorised accessories or third-party solutions, including magnetic mounting systems
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular or intensive use, provided it does not prevent correct operation of the mechanism
11.3 General commercial warranty
All REFLECTLENS products benefit from a commercial warranty covering defects attributable to the product itself. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from external causes occurring after delivery, including:
- Accidental events, misuse, drops, falls, or impacts
- Improper handling, storage, or transportation
- Incorrect or incomplete installation, including use on a damaged or deformed lens thread
- Use in a manner inconsistent with the product's design or intended purpose
- Modification, alteration, or repair by unauthorised persons
- Use with non-approved accessories or third-party magnetic mounting systems
- Broken, cracked, or shattered glass elements, which constitute mechanical damage
REFLECTLENS does not manufacture, sell, or support magnetic mounting systems. Use of REFLECTLENS filters with third-party magnetic adapters occurs at the consumer's own risk.
In cases where damage falls outside the scope of the commercial warranty, REFLECTLENS may, at its sole discretion and without legal obligation, offer an alternative solution such as a discount on a replacement product. Such an offer does not constitute an admission of liability.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and software, is the property of Prisms & Filters or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites and accept no liability for any damages arising from your use of such sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
14. USER CONDUCT
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use the Site to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prisms & Filters, its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prisms & Filters and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance at team@reflectlens.com so that we may seek to resolve the matter amicably.
Consumers in the European Union also have the right to submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
21. WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prisms & Filters with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
