Cancellation policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through reflectlens.com that involve pre-order or deferred payment ("pay later") purchase options, operated by Prisms & Filters, registered in Poland.
2. PRE-ORDERS
2.1 What is a pre-order
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it becomes available for immediate dispatch. The estimated availability or dispatch date is indicated on the product page at the time of ordering.
2.2 Payment
Payment for pre-order products may be collected at the time of ordering or at the point of dispatch, as clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been dispatched by contacting us at team@reflectlens.comwith your order number. Cancellation requests received after dispatch will be treated as a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
2.4 Refunds
If you cancel a pre-order before dispatch and payment has already been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of the cancellation confirmation.
2.5 Changes to availability
If the estimated availability date of a pre-order product changes significantly, we will notify you by email. If the new date is not acceptable to you, you may cancel the pre-order free of charge and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days.
In the event that a pre-order product becomes permanently unavailable, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund automatically within 14 calendar days.
3. DEFERRED PAYMENT (PAY LATER — KLARNA)
3.1 What is deferred payment
We offer deferred payment options through Klarna, a licensed payment service provider. Klarna's pay later solutions allow you to receive your order and complete payment at a later date, or split the payment into instalments, subject to Klarna's eligibility assessment and terms.
Available Klarna payment options are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your country of residence and order value.
3.2 Klarna's terms
Deferred payment and instalment plans offered through Klarna are subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions and privacy policy, available at klarna.com. By selecting a Klarna payment option at checkout, you enter into a separate agreement with Klarna. Prisms & Filters is not a party to that agreement and accepts no liability for Klarna's services or decisions, including eligibility rejections.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel a Klarna pay later order at any time before the order has been dispatched by contacting us at team@reflectlens.com with your order number. Upon confirmation of cancellation, we will notify Klarna and any outstanding payment obligation will be voided.
If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, the cancellation will not be possible and the payment obligation to Klarna remains in force. In such cases, you may instead initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once the order has been delivered. Upon receipt and approval of the return, we will notify Klarna to adjust or void the outstanding amount accordingly.
3.4 Failed or missed payments
Missed or failed Klarna payments are governed by Klarna's own terms. We recommend contacting Klarna directly at klarna.com for any payment-related queries.
4. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Polish law or EU consumer protection legislation, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of delivery under Directive 2011/83/EU.
